Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned.
However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We understand that mistakes happen. We may offer a refund or exchange in the following special circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Technical Issues: If the file is damaged, corrupted, or you are unable to download it, and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you.
- Misrepresentation: If the product content is significantly different from the description or preview images.
Discount Codes
Please ensure your discount code is applied at checkout before completing your purchase. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively or refund the difference once an order has been processed.
How to Request Help or a Refund:
If you have any issues or believe you qualify for a refund based on the above, please contact us at support@totfiles.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Note: Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe the policy is being abused.
